The impact on our alumni: Zully Valdez
Video first plays in Spanish, then English |
An Overfelt graduate (class of 2008), Zully went on to study at Cal State University-East Bay, majoring in Spanish. Intrigued by the idea of studying abroad, Zully spent the Fall of 2013 in Madrid, studying at Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, and of course exploring Europe from this outpost. She is currently finishing up her Single Subject CA credential in Spanish, and dreams of returning to Overfelt as a Spanish teacher, and future Explorers mentor and tour leader!
